These terms apply to your use of the vault42.eu website. By using the site you agree to them.

The site

vault42.eu is an informational website with an email waitlist. Joining the waitlist registers your interest and lets us contact you by email. It does not create any contract and does not entitle you to anything.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the site, submit email addresses that are not yours, automate signups, probe or attack the infrastructure, or scrape the site in a way that degrades it for others. We may block access that does any of these things.

Use of the Vault42 service is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

Content

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to Vault42 unless stated otherwise. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
